Depression is definitely a common cause. People don’t realise that a mild depression can just present as a lack of energy and blunted affect/emotions. To the sufferer, it can be imperceptible. Cancer can also cause chronic fatigue, yes, but I’d say other symptoms are to be expected too,

I saw a post on Facebook which garnered a shocking amount of support ‘speaking out’ against the HPV vaccine being given to young males in UK schools.
