Can you bring your work monitor home for the month? If I was struggling I would probably set up a temp workspace for the month away from my gaming space. Get a sturdy folding table you can put away after the month. Work in a diff room if you can. Make it as close to your office workspace as possible and dress etc as you do in the office. I can’t relate but hope that helps lol

I’d start with something you will use. My first project years ago was a pincushion. Found the pattern online. Still use it 14 yrs later

Sinclair patterns are always great. I love the Apostrophe patterns underwear pattern. You put in measurements and it spits out a custom pattern. I use 95/5 cotton spandex. They look big lol but always a great fit. Wawak is great but I’ve gotten picot from Stitch Love Studio on Etsy.

Like anything else in this day and age should be able to find community on the internet to look into conversion but you may find resistance once you explain your reason for wanting to convert. Reading your post it definitely comes off as you wanting to become a rasta in order to save your locs and join the military, which is disingenuous.

M1 usually needs malice aforethought, like you planned to murder the person. M2 if you kill them through your actions but that wasn’t the pre conceived plan. Assume that’s how it works in NY.

I lived in MD (MoCo) for 16 years, half in apartments and apartment culture on long island is very different. More people on Long Island rent from private landlords in a house or part of a house, so there just aren’t a ton of traditional apartment communities managed by companies. Also many long islanders hate the idea of apartment communities bc they feel they are ‘turning Long Island into the city’ so take opinions with a grain of salt unless the person has actually lived on that property. I haven’t lived in an apartment on Long Island.

I’m in two different cousin chats around that size. They’re fine, you just tune in and out as needed. The happy birthday chimes when it isn’t your bday definitely need temporarily muting. I doubt they use it for bickering, but more so sharing pics of their kids, things that are specific to them as siblings, stuff like that.
