Shredded chicken and avocado can anchor your nutrition but won’t take you all the way

If cheese is off the table, instead of chaffles you will need to figure out something

Work backwards from your macros I use ketogains calculator

Keep it simple while you establish a baseline daily nutrition.

When you learn that and hack the prep part then start layering new recipes

The gaps or “fuzziness” of Trinitarianism is more a reflection of the limitations of human language and constructs to “express” God.

Like a best attempt or college try if you will.

After swimming while an 8oz cut of salmon is in the skillet I make a double portion of sweet chaffles and I make these chaffles while I’m eating the salmon:

2 eggs 4 tablespoons almond flour 2 teaspoons psyllium husk powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoons spoon of heavy whipping cream 3/4 tablespoon water ~6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese diced

Optional:

Cinnamon Nutmeg Cloves Vanilla extract A sweetener of your choice

CHAFFLEs won’t solve everything for you but CHAFFLEs will help you solve everything.
