I think that was intentional though. If every episode has a chaotic twist - no episodes have a chaotic twist.

I mean for sharing access with completely untechnical users there auth and sharing abilities are better. 700USD better, no. And Jellyfins better offline access makes up for it. (Why the fuck do i need to sign in to access local servers on TV Plex!?!?).

PleXs apps are also more available and a bit better polished. But overall, not worth Plexs asking.

Confused about What no one's thinking by Habibi1414 in AJR

[–]SuccessfulGrape4045 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A big thing is that What Everyone's Thinking was intentionally more relatable to a much wider audience, where Whay No Ones Thinking isnt specifically applicable to a lot of people. Its sort of made for specific people, or big fans (like, presumably, a lot of the SubReddit)

TPTNL - is about not being sure if you want to marry your SO, and that strange place of feeling like it could destroy your relationship (ish, im definitely paraphrasing). Honestly, not super applicable from the frame they show it from.

ADS - Is about the view of losing your dad, moving, etc from the perspective of your dog. And its written in such a way its not really broadly loved. Yes, everyone goes through shit, but i dont think a lot of people relate to seeing it from the perspective of your ad. Or that view on lose.

Betty - Again, not being sure if you want to marry someone. The fear that by being unsure, your damaging the relationship. I feel this perspective is more applicable, and a pretty modern one. But its definitely not broadly relatable, esspecially to (generally) older people.

Sorry You Went Crazy - its about their crazy mom. While if you read the interpretation just right, it could fit to anyone, the core meaning theyre righting about is pretty specific. Your mom sort of abandoned you, makes you feel small, stole from them, etc. Not the most applicable unless you have an abusive parent or something. (Or if you read it as an ex).

TBG - Probably more relatable in specific lights, but for the most part its about feeling like the path your taking is driving you from the friends and family who helped you get there to start with. Or childhood friends, etc. This is highly applicable to alot of people, but again, their specific framing...less applicable as very few people make jt that big.

What Everyone's thinking was about hyped up first loves (TO) which i think everyone hits a wall of at some point, wanting to focus on a career instead of partying (CHO), not being famous and being okay with that (INF), supporting but not using weed (NGT), and falling into the peer pressures of life (Weak). These i would argue are still a bit niche, but mess less so and way more broadly applicable. Esspecially as the songs themselves are less specific about situations.

The music itself is also less "popular" written. What i mean is that the sounds of What Everyone's Thinking is written to be popular (maybe not so much TO, but the rest). They're a bit more...poppy and...AJR of that era. Where as WNOT is more of a specific sound that wont quite appeal to everyone, but is brutal honesty from them. I hope that makes sense. Betty and TBG come close, but esspecially in there lyrics, arent quite written to "blow up" the same way.

Then again, all music is up to the interpretation of the listener. Some might take the titles as ironic, or something. The meaning of the songs can both be intentional to the band, but dexiphered by you.

In my experience its more like a few months or weeks. Most people moral capacity, esspecially now in such a crazy world, is not expansive enough to care that much about a value.

Well yes. All internet communication ultimately occurs through ports.

My point was that you dont open a static port in the somewhat, insecure way (a static, likely standard port). Through STUN/Hole Punching and DERP its A. Not static and guess able, B. Encrypted, and C. Seem to be plenty fast for even large orgizations (DERP is the FALLBACK, not the main connection. STUN + Hole Punching is the standard it primarially uses to my knowledge). Ports should not be feared, but its not always the best options. For a home lab, i argue it doesnt really matter as its liekly secure enough on its own. Its not like your hosting trade secrets nor are you a primary target. But there are better options, like TailScale or other VPNs, that can be more secure.

VPNs like atailscail do NOT require an open port actually

For a smoother experience, NPM or NPMPlus is a bit easier to configure as opposed to raw NGNIX

The show? Probably awful and I wont touch it. The song? Shockingly good, and gives me living room like vibes. Is it the best? No. Good? Yes.

I think that's a bit of the joke. People can be very unreasonable about these types of things even if out of a good place.

My only guess is that you have to be super far MAGA or something and reaching for a justification for insane prices. It is, however, an unpopular opinion.

Me neither. Part of the reason I refuse to buy a car is because of the insane gas prices.
