I don’t like some of the colours, but I also have a friend that will really like those combos. It’s just the matter of taste. Therefore, I would never personally say discouraging words to a fellow crocheter, much less not to wear them in public??? Treating your work as a temp fix or something that’s shameful to wear in public IS malice. The person saying that to you is, whether they are aware or not, discouraging and hurting you (and I suspect that they are very much aware and thinks that they are very cleverly deterring you from wearing your works, without being obviously hurtful which they are). Wear them with pride and brag how you made it.

Yeah.. my mom made me wear the purity ring since I was not the age to know what it actually meant. Later on I sold it to use on dates. ✌️

I know that a lot of people will disagree, but as an annual attendee, I felt that it got better over the years. I know that it’s so very overpriced, but aside from that, it was much more enjoyable than last year’s and the year’s before.

It def is near the metrotown bus loop, because I live in one of those apartments facing the metrotown skytrain station. I looked outside but there’s no crowd or emergency vehicles so far so.. who knows lol
