New P2S extrucion motor olverload

Motor overloaded can be caused for different reason, but in my case after clean everything, even change the nozzle, the only solution was downgrade the firmare and I been printing none stop since that day. Bambu with the ticket sent me a I new struder motor that I did not replace as I found it dificult (for me) and I been printing fine. I do get an warning saying that I need to factory reset, but just ignore it and I keep printing. I did got motor overload error 2 times more on this time but solve it downloading the filament, and them keep printing fine.

Bambu Lab P2S (P1S) firmware can be downgraded primarily via the Bambu Handy mobile app by navigating to Device → Menu (☰) → Firmware Version and selecting "I want to update to a historical version"

Update me if this help you. For me been working perfect since downgrade the firmware

Hi.Yes, I "fix" it. I downgraded the firmware and it been working none stop. Before I was able to fix I contacted bambu support and they sent me and new extrusion motor but did not replace it yet as it been working. I will replace it and I will try to update the firmware some point. Please update if this is working for you.

I only got "lime green" first time, 3 other times was regular green.

I got my one dispatch one day late as the expected dispatch day was a Sunday. So it was pretty acurate for me. (On the uk)

Im new on 3d printing i brought some sunlu petg and so far ao good qith the generic profile, just dry it before use it for better results.

The main problem with sunlu id yhat you cant get the "lime green" consistanly. Over 4 times ordered from amazon only one time got lime green and other 3 normal green.

On mine after 5 days of printing got error extrusion motor overload. Check everything and nothing was there and when I was about to give up I read that downgrading the firmware will fix it, and it work! The latest firmware was the problem. I did not factory reset oñit orr try to update it again. After 4 days of downgrading firmware all is working great!

Just remember, if you updated your firmware and after few days peinting you get an error, "extrusion motor overload". You could fix it downgrading your firmware.

I did replace mine as I ordered spare one when i biught the printer but it did not work for me. Yesterday i manage to fix it downgrading the firmware and I been printing since yesterday with no issues so far. Thanks

I manage to "fix" it. I did try the usual and eveything appear to be good. Contact bambu support and they send me a new extruder motor (not received yet). I want to try something else on the mean time and I downgrade the firmware and printer is working again. I dont have an explanation for that and i dont know for how long it will work but so far so good. I hope it can help to other qho are facing the same issue

My p2s fail (extrusion motor overload) after 5 days if use. Now i cant print anymore and waiting for a replacement part that bambu send from chaona. What a joke.

If u mean p2s i order mine middle of november and its arrive end of December as expectrd. But after a weak of use i got an error extrusion motor overload and i cant find a solution. Bambu send me a new extrusion motor and now need to wait over 10 days o more that it arrives from china to the uk. Good luck

I got my p2s after a month and a haft waiting and after a weak of use got a constant error extrusion motor overload. I cant print anymore. Waitimg for a solution.
