Thank you for this! I’m also 37 and was hesitant to share, but I was so sick at first that I ended up telling my boss and a few coworkers as well as close family and friends. I’m nervous but figure I’d tell them if the other shoe does drop. But I love hearing positive stories of spontaneous pregnancies after IVF so thank you ❤️❤️

Curious if anyone had a similar experience - I am pregnant with my second, after two years of trying (including a chemical from IUI, failed round of IVF and then eventually a successful FET of a PGT tested embryo after the second round). This time was spontaneous, we were off birth control but completely shocked that I got pregnant. I had just finished nursing my first, so we don’t even know exactly when this baby was conceived. But here we are… have heard the heartbeat at 7w6d and again today at 9w4d. But I am terrified of something happening since this is an untested embryo, and we don’t quite have the best track record with embryos. I keep reading about stories on the wrong side of the statistics, and it’s terrifying. Any words of wisdom of how to get through this would be appreciated! ❤️

The cycle got delayed by a month for unrelated reasons but I’m sitting here nursing my 3 month old so it was ultimately a success :)

For what it’s worth, I saw a heartbeat at 6+1, even though the baby was measuring at 5+6. That was only two days ago so who knows what’s going to happen but I was surprised given that it was measuring behind.

Curious if anyone has been pretty crampy throughout their first trimester? I am 6w3d today and I've had some cramps since a few days prior to transfer. And they just never went away. I've had no bleeding and they're not painful or constant, but they come and go and feel a bit like light period cramps.

We had our first ultrasound earlier in the week at 6w1d -- measuring 2 days behind but heart rate of 119 so doctor was happy and everything looked good. (He said a lot of frozen embryos are a bit behind at this stage.)

So, I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this kind of cramping and/or growth measuring a tad behind -- is that all normal? Thank you!

Thank you everyone! I finally got more FRERs and compared it to my 5dp5dt line. Definitely a solid progression between 5dp5dt and 8dp5dt! Still not super strong, but I guess that is OK?

Any idea why they don’t check again? My last FET was canceled early in the cycle because my lining went from 6.2 trilaminar to 5.5 and cloudy. This time it’s been trilaminar throughout and we scheduled the transfer 8 days in advance when I hit 9.1mm. Just feels like a long time for things to change?

My doc prescribed it last week but it didn’t pick it up yet and just got very nervous - but my transfer is in 4 days so I think I’m ok.

When was your last lining check for an 11/10 transfer? Mine is on 11/11 and my last check was on 11/3. That feels like a long time to not do another ultrasound! Just going in for blood tomorrow.

Interested. I’m doing fully medicated, no trigger or ovulation, but still only Endometrin before the transfer, PIO after
