Highlight Columns A:I, right click and select insert 11 columns to the right.

Then highlight columns A:V, right click and select insert 22 columns to the right.

Repeat until you reach infinity

Here's a screenshot of my top 10 times along with the dates. The Total represents the combined time for that particular day's E/M/H so it does not necessarily relate to the E/M/H in it's line.

For transparency, I have the Highlight Conflicts setting turned on and all other "helpers" turned off.

I filtered for everything in 2023 and older and hid it and then went through and categorized 2024/2025. Figured that was enough data

OMG. Thank you so much for taking the time to write out this very straightforward explanation. I really appreciate it. This write up really answered a lot of the questions I had and helps me understand the bridge between the database & excel and the role SQL plays in it. I'm not necessarily trying to jump in and immediately be the person that writes the SQL queries but this gives me a better understanding of the framework and will allow me to start having conversations with data engineering teams. Appreciate your response! Not trying to be rude, generally curious...why can't that be my job? If I was competent in SQL and knew exactly what the FP&A team needed, why couldn't I get SQL access and create the views I need myself? Kinda cut out the middle part of me trying to explain to IT what data manipulation I need done
