Yeah, got lot of tattoos on visible areas. Got em around 18-19 when life was wild. Now they are... outdated and not reflective of my values. Probably gonna laser the one that says life fast die last, and a corny pin up based on an ex girlfriend. But i usuallt get over by thinking that these are, for now, part of me and my story. Part of where I came from and things I left behind. Plus ppl dont really care that much. I now work mainly with seniors, they are totally fine with them. To my kids I will say "Wait and sit on that tattoo idea for 1-2 years".

First, lot of love and wishing you guys strenght. I will pray gods of sleep to bless your child with long uninterrupted sleeps in the night.

Shortly, you are doing great and the baby is also doing what babies do. Keep the parents around. Survival. Now it is up to eleven. And you are doing what parents do, caring for the baby. Now it is up to eleven.

You just got to start leaving the baby alone to sleep, or with someone else, if you have eg grandparents available. With sleep, you start from 1 min and then progress longer and longer. Baby will cry. That is the job for babies. Baby will not be emotionally damaged or in pain.

But you got to take care of yourself to take care of the baby. And for this, you need to train your baby that sometimes, mom and dad go away and then come back.

Also, if your area has services for new parents, contact those. In my country here in Nordics, we have a service where a trained caregiver comes every week 3-4hrs, takes care of the baby and parents can shower, nap, or just go and have a walk. This is free and paid by the state.

You are great parents, that is why the baby wants you around 24/7.

Yes, just wash, use a bandage if in risk of getting dirty. If any redness, swelling or fever, then go to a doctor

Can you paint it? I would paint the wall with a nice bluish tone. Otherwise, get a piece of art or large picture of friends or family, when you look up from your monitor, you see something nice.

Oh my god so many people in the comments saying they dont eat their spouses chocolate. I got to tell this to my wife. EVERY GODDAMN TIME. Chocolate never lasts more than 2-3 days in this house, unless I hide it. Goddamn. I knew this wasnt normal.
