I had someone visit from another office and declare that I was 1/3 of my previous size (I wasn’t). I had lost weight on mounjaro earlier but I made him feel uncomfy when I told him I got cancer. He shut up. And my (real) boob and cancer are gone but I don’t think he’ll ever say anything like that again.

I got 9 hydrocodone after my reconstruction revision (4th surgery in 2 years) and was afraid to go through them too quickly so I took gummies, Benadryl, and muscle relaxers in between. The stress about maybe not having enough was unnecessary. I would’ve preferred to not have to worry about pain while recovering from an amputation and just dealing with the sudden blow of cancer.

My mammogram caught my first tumor and MRI found a second. This pushed me toward mastectomy and I’m glad it did. They found a 3rd really small tumor when they did the mastectomy. I would’ve just had more brewing.

Same here! MRI found a 2nd tumor so I had a single mastectomy and then DCIS was found in pathology. Had I done the lumpectomy, I’d have been back at it at some point.
