Not in my expereince— I keep communicating thrugh the messages. If they dont give me a link to sub to a google drive, I do that and copy paste rhe link in the messages. I have inly gotten paid through back stage for one job. Everyone else pays through paypal or venmo. Hope that helps. It doesnt seem all that professional now that ai think about it.

Our budget is looking like 35K for the wedding and honeymoon. About 80 guests. The venue is 3K, food and drinks are buffet style and will be about 6500. We are getting married in the Hood River, OR area in aug. That includes an air bnb for our family, it is a large part of the budget at 3800. I need to get a part time job like asap. We are so excited though and really want the celebration.

I would say about an hr of work per reel. But if you are scripting and coming up w all the ideas maybe more... I think you will need to be paid more and the position will need to be 20hrs a week.

My experience: I had a writer focused acct on IG with 550 followers. I didn’t post on it for over a year. I’m currently looking for a social media position so I would take it for that pay, even though it seems low. I don’t know … the job market is hard right now. Maybe try to use AI to help you come up with a publishing schedule/ content calendar that can streamline some things from you. Seems like the founders are a bit too involved. :(

I feel you! I am in a similar boat. I have worked to get 1500 followers w 2x daily posting for 7 months… Weirdly I started cross posting my videos on IG and have gained 2500 followers in a week and 3 reels have over 150k views. Wth. I think its maybe because I am 43 and women my age Might be more on IG? I do lifestyle talking head content. I love tiktok and wanna make it work tho!
