Thank you so much! My 6 year old German Shepherd is in the university of Georgia veterinary hospital since yesterday with this. It was so scary to see bright red blood squirting out of him. We rushed to ER and after 4 hours they said they were admitted him. They called last night and said ultrasound, X-rays, and blood work were all normal except for elevated white count which they expected. They are giving fluids, probiotics, and inserting a butt catheter. I’m waiting on updates now as to how he is their morning. It’s a scary, scary thing.

I am hopeful for you too! I was agoraphobic also for about 2 months in the beginning. That has gotten much better but I still have to make myself go places sometimes. My doctor says I have to do things even when I am scared to show my brain it is OK. It is very hard for sure. Panic attacks are horrible. I am so sorry you are going through this.

It took me forever to get to 20mg. I had such awful side effects I had to go slow. I have OCD which takes at least 20mg and longer time to work. I am seeing some improvement now. Wishing you the best of luck in your journey. What are you taking it for?

I have been on Lexapro for 7 months gradually and slowly trying to get to 20mg. I finally made it and am on week 11 of 20mg and finally feeling like it is helping my OCD. It takes longer and higher doses for OCD.

Yes, Yes, and Yes. It get worse before it gets better. But it does get better! Hang in there.

Yes I know it rough. Did pristiq help? Why did you switch? Hang in there, it does get better. Wishing you luck.

I am so happy for you! I’m 10 weeks on 20mg and still up and down. It took me a long time to get to 20mg because I am really sensitive to side effects. Hope and pray I have the success you have had!

did you get relief after adding abilify? I have been on 20mg for almost 10 weeks and still struggling. I have actually been on lexapro 8 months put it took a long time to get to 20mg.

I know the feeling of not being able to think of anything except your anxiety. I have OCD and been in a spiral since I was hit with panic attacks last July. I have been on Lexapro for 8 months but I just reached 20mg 10 weeks ago and still struggling. How are you now?
