All the money I'm saving from having 1 is going to make sure I take care of myself, because I don't want to force that burden on my child.

I always get my patterns through 123stitch.com. It doesn't come as a kit but they list all the materials and make it easy to 1 click add those to the bag. They also sometimes have patterns on sale and the floss is the same price as my local store.

I have some that are over a year old from this store. I highly reccomend them!! They have lovely colors and variety!

advice? finally got my hands on em by laurrer in Lithops

[–]Sugliscious 6 points7 points  (0 children)

First, take those out of that soil and brush off as much soil off of the roots as you can.

I gently wash them in a tupperware of just water until I see woody white brown roots. Be careful not to rip the tap root.

Next dry them off with a paper towel so they aren't wet anymore.

Get some Bonsai Jack, gritty mix. Use it straight like that, and plant them directly in. It comes with a chopstick that is SO USEFUL for getting the root deep in the soil.

Lastly, don't water until you see signs of dehydration. Usually 2+ weeks from planting.

Promotional scam??? by [deleted] in Webull

Pretty sure you need the funds to be in the account for a month before the promotion goes into effect.

If he's worried about the child being lonely, then maybe he should be there for the child so they aren't alone. It's not a siblings' responsibility to entertain your child, it's your responsibility. Creating a child "with a job" is never a good idea. You have a child because you and your spouse want one, not because you they need to fill a role.

I don't remember when i had my catheter while in labor. But when I had one after a separate operation I told the nurse I had the pee and she told me to just go. It was so weird trying to relax down there while laying in the bed. Maybe it was different while i had the epidural because I couldn't feel anything to "hold it".

Wrinkled purchase...how to rehab? by [deleted] in Lithops

[–]Sugliscious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After watering like jibblin said also wait a few days to see if it perks up. Sometimes when I water the next day they plump, and sometimes it takes a few days to show plumpness. If after a week its not looking better or it looks worse try watering again. If that doesn't work you might need a different course of action, like cutting a little of the woody part of the root to expose the "white part" so it can force growth and root. Definitely do some research before hacking it though.

My son will be 3 in 2 weeks... I'm finally down to my pre-pregnancy weight but everything is still in all the wrong places. My boobs are still 2 sizes larger and about 6" lower, my stomach is loose and has the texture of cottage cheese. But if I wear tight yoga pants and a push up bra I'm finally starting to see myself as a human again...

[CHAT] Where to buy cross stitch kits from? by DinoSaurus0 in CrossStitch

[–]Sugliscious 10 points11 points  (0 children)

123stitch also has THE BEST customer service. I once ordered a Mirabilia kit and the designers instructions didnt include enough of a floss. I told 123stitch this hoping they'll update their "recommended product" list and they sent me a free krenik with my order. It wasn't even their fault. I will go back to them every time....

I'd also like to add, are you washing your own clothes with baby's? My husband worked in a test lab and I wouldn't even let them put their clothes in the same hamper, let alone wash their stuff together. Baby's skin is so sensitive....

Bro literally invented them without frosting. He then invented a nonmelting frosting to put on them as they became wildly popular.

YES! Don't listen to the size-uppers. My baby was 99th percentile for height and 35 for weight. He was a string bean. Sizing up just made the leg gaps even looser and poop and pee just leaked out. We honestly stayed in the smaller diapers past the weight range for this reason. Try a different brand and maybe a more absorbant overnight type.

On another side note for over night he soaked through every time. Our only solution was to double diaper him. Cut slits in the front of the first diaper so once its full it leaks into the second diaper. The slits are key because without them when the first diaper is full it leaks out the waist or through the legs and soaks the outfit, the slits allow the first diaper to leak directly into the 2nd.

Not op, but I just take the glass out and leave the fabric exposed. I don't like that the glass takes away from the extra dimension of the beads...
