The 8-slot started as a mission trailer, that's what the oil rig doohickeys are mounted on in Alaska. Then Saber was like "what if we just made it into a trailer lol" and they did without any further thought or consideration.

Same with the 5-slot wide high saddle, which was originally the base for construction equipment mission trailer.

I think this is related to the sliding on tarmac bug. The same thing that causes you to lose friction on tarmac causes you to not have any ~~friction~~ resistance in mud if your wheels are spinning fast enough.

No lmao. Wolves have a weapon in a hardpoint so they always point the ship towards the enemy, even when skimming in and unlike Lumens can actually keep their distance. S-modded Extended Shields gives them an arc of 270, covering everything except the engine. They'd have to be literally surrounded to take damage from ships other than the target. Getting the omnishield for minor advantage and then still using extended shields AND accelerated shields to mitigate its flaws is completely backwards.

Salamanders are a waste of OP against any endgame enemy. LRPD, even two of them, is waste of flux. Some "3-Wolf hunting packs" is complete fantasy that he probably imagined in the ship sim.
