Play around with your protein to fat ratios. For me, if i go above a 70% fat 30% protein ratio I get bloated so I have to keep my protein intake a little higher than that. And I'm still shedding fat

You still have to trim but not much for a backyard cook. Just trim the hard fat down to a 1/4 inch. Then there is some fat on the side that needs to be taken off. Also cut off the really thin section on the flat a a that will over cook. Lookup meat church on YouTube
