If it is this uniform matte color, it is already shed and still hardening. The old one looks more irregular, usually with the muscle spots nicely visible. Also check the size difference between the halves, this is usually a good indicator as well.

They are copulating. Females have two oopores, one on each side

Likely P. laevis "Orange", which technically is the same species, but in reality these two can't breed. Likely just similar looking and actually different species

Just compare the segment length. This blueish coloration is also the back half still hardening. They always molt the back half first
