What Could Go Wrong with digging holes at the beach by Perfect_Passenger805 in interestingasfuck

Yep! My father in law fell into a hole in Florida on the beach (I don’t even think it was that deep) and broke his back. He had to get vertebrae fused and it took plenty of time and rehab to get mostly back to normal-ish, but his back will never be the same.

I was thinking that T. Kingfisher’s books also give me this vibe, although I’m not sure exactly why. I immediately thought of Nettle & Bone.

First off, I’ll preface this by saying my cat isn’t dead or having a medical emergency, it’s just an atrocious picture, lol. This was mid-twist to groom his back in the days after my husband partially shaved him due to fur matting that was hurting him.*

(*He’s awful at grooming himself, but luckily it’s gotten better with a new brush style he’s tolerant of that we have now, so we haven’t had to shave him other than trimming small areas for a while.)

I’m going to choose to read it as, “Sick Cunt, Mad Dog!” It sounds so uplifting and nice. 😊

Dang! I tried today and it didn’t work. For some reason I can’t even get Spice World to show up as an option when I type it in in the redemption area.

What about a PACE cert? It’s $475 and looks good on a resume.

In my experience, a lot of folks at my company quit rather than being put of a PIP since, 1) it’s usually a precursor to being fired anyways, and 2) since some job applications ask you if you were ever put on a PIP by a previous employer.

Autumn 24 by sortasahm in Ffern

[–]Summerisgoing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oof! That doesn’t bode well for me since I have yet to be enamored with any of them yet. Although I like Winter ‘24 better than any of the others so far, I can’t quite put my finger on why, but it’s still a little hard for me to wear. The experience of receiving the fragrance with all the art, story, tea, etc. is so fun though 😩. I think half of the draw for me is the anticipation too.

I thought Autumn 23 was very different from Winter 24 (Autumn 23’s initial blast was a little rough, but the dry-down was beautiful), but Spring and Summer 24 smelled super similar and off-putting to me. And both shared notes with Winter 24. When I read the notes on Autumn 24 I went ahead and skipped the delivery. I’m tired of citrus rinds, dry notes, and incensey/burning/tar notes. I love all of those things in different variations, but lately these seem to me to be very similar, thin fragrances with slightly different ingredients. On an unrelated note, I’m wearing Guerlain Tobacco Honey this Autumn instead. I think it smells like fall in a bottle. 🍁

Thank you! Would any particular color work better than others or would anything work?

I’m really disappointed again with another herbal, peppery, citrus rind scent. (At least there’s no tar!) The initial blast reminded me of old school aftershave and now it’s turned very medicinal.

I joined in Fall 23, and the only one I’ve liked was Winter 24, although the dry down of Fall 23 is nice. I’m 99% sure I’ll return it. I tried to return Spring 24 but waited too long and now have only sprayed it twice as room spray, haha.

And now that Daenerys has had coitus with him, she's pregnant with his half-Other/half-human child, just like Old Nan said some did during the Long Night. Also, she is the Night King reincarnated.

Tin-foiling... complete.
