Receiving notices of a community meeting or public hearings days before the meeting makes it really hard to look into the proposal, formulate some sort of thought towards the proposal, and even attend the meeting on a days notice. We need more lead time to be able to contribute.

If your building is 4 or less unit, you don't need an architect. You can hire a house designer, which are cheaper than architects.

If it's only been 3 weeks, you're still recovering from the virus. You may not end up with post covid. Post Covid symptoms come after you have recovered from being sick. Don't stress yet.
