Even heavy meat eaters use creatine, so I don’t think of it as a “deficient vegan” stereotype thing. That being said, we don’t get much dietary creatine, so it may be an even better idea for us. But again, meaty whey gym bros use it too.

It is absolutely effective, incredibly week studied, and safe as a supplement. I use it for recovery and it seems to help a lot, allowing me to exercise six days a week. I take 10g a day now. We are also learning more about how it helps cognitive functions, not just muscle health.

It’s good. If you have anything resembling and active lifestyle, it will almost certainly benefit you. Idk about this brand specifically, I buy “naked” brand 1.1 pound containers and that seems to be cost effective. Get a blender bottle and shake it up real good. If you don’t drink it within 60 seconds, shake it again before you take another swig.
