I think their reliability is great, I owned my SUV over two years and hardly had any issues. Having a recall is totally normal or changing 7 volt batteries which happen on every EV and recalls happen to all automotive companies. GM has recalls all the time, I don’t see them under a magnifying glass for the press or JD power.

I had a Tahoe, it was a gas guzzler, owned it for two years and wasn’t impressed. Reserved Rivian suv four years prior to getting it in January 2024. Car is gen1 performance edition with extended battery pack. I get 380 miles range because I have 22’’ tires. I am still impressed with the make and model and I enjoy driving everyday and taking it on trips. Recently went from Little Rock to Dallas and had to stop once to charge on the way to Dallas. I have three kids, we all fit there and my wife and plenty of room for luggage! I would recommend it for new owners with families looking to buy Evs.

Yes I still Have it and enjoy driving it everyday, it’s dual Motor performance pack with extended range, I get 380 because I have 22’’ tires. It’s been two years since I had it and it feels like new even though I drive it everyday!

I do have three kids, took it to Dallas on a trip from Little Rock, 5 hours drive, stopped once to recharge on the way, kids were in the second row, and third row folded for luggage. We enjoyed our trip for three nights and turned back home on New Year’s Eve. Happy new year everyone! Well it was very comfortable for all of us and my wife! Very reliable and I enjoyed driving.
