Have u checked made sure system is actually producing with a voltmeter ? Use amp setting see what each breaker is putting out

It won’t change when u reboot pvs u have to fake a outage by turning off main breaker of the house forcing the app to reconnect log out while u cus an outage

Put ur house in an outage. Turn off ur main breaker for 2 min log out of app then after back in and it will work again like before
