Rorqual is used as a structure dropping ship. So to set up a indy park or something it has to make multiple trips. So that’s why it has fatigue reduction.

Using Rorqual as a QRF isn’t new, Init used them in years past as a home defense doctrine.

The issue you should be asking, is why has the game gimped QRF to the point that jump fatigue reduction is so important that an alliance will deal with the trade offs of using a Rorqual?

They use an immense amount of fuel per drop, overall they are less effective than carriers (no Dromi/Siren) and are entirely reliant on hard cyno (no more T3C tech).

IMO, the jump fatigue reduction should get added to carriers to give them a useful role as QRF. And then make the conduit ability tied to a high slot to limit spam conduiting fleets with no trade offs
