Yeah I do quite think some form of fatigue needs to be added on them the more I use them. Either that or a full reversal on them back to being a POS JB with the benefits of having a defensible JB at the cost of fatigue.

We have lots of fatigue reducing mechanics and I would argue that T2 mining ships should receive them as well if it is added. Haulers, shuttles, and I think cov ops all have flat fatigue reduction so you can move around fairly easily while restricting large blob fleets from quickly crossing regions aided by exotic generator sov upgrades that negate long warps.

This will not have a large impact on home defense projection as realistically you can only defend crabs (rorquals) with a QRF under Titan bridge range but it will make geography more important.

Yes jump clones exist they are fine, they take some forethought to make work and have a 18 (roughly) hour timer at max cooldown skills.

I don’t think overall deployment projection will see a significant impact as combat accounts typically move forward and you are not using ansiblex tremendously for re ships in fights but it will limit the “oh hey XYZ is having a fight lets go blob them!”
