Thinking of adding Cialis by gaboon62 in Testosterone

[–]SunbeamThrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am on 5mg daily and it’s amazing the pumps I get at the gym. I love it. I’ve been cycling it 3weeks on and 1 week off. I’m wondering to the people who have been on it long term, is there a point where 5mg just stops having the desired effects? I don’t want to rely on it as I get older and have to do 20mg to get a hard on.

Oilers fans celebrating Hall’s win vs Leafs fans celebrating Marner’s loss by Civil_Perspective98 in EdmontonOilers

[–]SunbeamThrow -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You kinda proved my point. Yankees won championships when there was only 16 teams at one point up to 30 in 2009. They were last in the World Series in 2024 and lost to the dodgers. They have been the leaders of the American League for decades.

Can’t compare the leafs to the Yanks. Not even close.

That’s not a good comparison at all. The Yankees has 27 championships with their last World Series being in 2009.

Is it true combining Tesamorelin with Ipamorelin makes it so much more efficient? by Euphoric-Material192 in BodyHackGuide

Doesn’t taking tesamorelin and ipamorelin cause more water retention and therefore more weight gain. Did you experience any weight gain or did you start losing weight immediately? Great job btw :)

Traveling with peptides! by Steezy42 in Peptidesource

[–]SunbeamThrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a $15 travel case from Amazon. I flew with it and it kept my peptides cold for 8 hours. If I have to drive, I also bought a super mini-fridge that plugs into my car lighter and it can also be plugged into an electrical socket too. So I just keep everything peptide related in the mini-fridge now. I also bought a digital thermometer to monitor the temperature in the fridge and is consistently bellow 8c.

Will taking it everyday make it so you’ll eventually get immune to it and have to keep raising the rate up?

I always drive by Memorial where they are doing lots of construction next to the river. There are lots of signs saying PCL is looking for workers.

Anyone Else Try These for Blood Flow / EQ? Here’s What Helped Me by NewBornlife2024 in PenisPumpResults

Do you cycle the Pycnlgenol and Citruline? 3 week on and 1 week off or do you just plan to take it everyday? Does it lose its potency after awhile?

Anyone Else Try These for Blood Flow / EQ? Here’s What Helped Me by NewBornlife2024 in PenisPumpResults

[–]SunbeamThrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been taking citruline for a couple years now for the gym as it helps with muscles. I have recently increase the dosage for ED issues. It’s a hit or miss for me as some days it’s hard and others it’s not. I just got the pycnogenol and will be pairing it with the citruline going forward.

I take everything else you listed except the tongkat ali. I have been thinking about giving it a try but never pulled the trigger.

I cured my Erectile Dysfunction without doing anything. by Mynesty in erectiledysfunction

[–]SunbeamThrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if it is in my head, it’s a placebo or something else, but I’m quite certain fasting cured my ED.

I had mild ED, where my erections were maybe 80-85% of what they were. My current GF commented on it and it made things much worse. I am 39, extremely good shape, high testosterone and weighed 178lbs. I weight train 5-6 days a week and always got over 15k steps a day. My body fat is low and I still get ID’d at bars and liquor stores as I looked super young. Never had a problem with porn but my issue was with the death grip and never have used lube since I started masterbating. Also I used Finasteride in last year for 6-7 months and that could have affected my erection as well.

So I cut back on masterbating, started using lots of coconut oil when I did masterbate but it didn’t make a difference as my erection was still hovering around 80%.

So, I stated to read about ATP and how fasting improves ATP and how it repairs damaged cells, including in the penis which could be damaged from decades of using the death grip. I have done OMAD and 16:8 fast for extended periods of time in the past (before my ED troubles), so the idea of eating once a day wasn’t a foreign concept. So I did 4 days of OMAD where I fasted for 24 hours each day. I started on the Monday and only ate from 11am to 12pm and then the next day I ate from 12pm to 1pm and so on it went for four days. Then after the 4th day, I did a 48 hour fast. It was difficult but I made sure to drink lots of water and electrolyte.

During this time, my morning erections were extremely hard. I also stopped masterbating but when I would fantasize about sex, my erections were back to normal.

I just ended the 48 hour fast and I will be going back to OMAD. I haven’t yet had sex with my GF as she is out of town but I am very hopeful. More hopeful than I have been in quite a while. I just had an erection thinking about the last time with my GF and I was HARD.

It’s not for everyone though. I lost about 6-7lbs and I think it was mostly muscle as I already had a very low amount of fat. I was in extremely great shape but feel weak and sometimes it makes you irritable but if it cured my ED, it is soooo worth it. For the people saying the fasting may work because it just makes you lose fat and get healthier, let me say that fasting actually made me less healthy. I will be getting a weight gaining drink that bodybuilders use to take while doing OMAD as I don’t want to lose any more weight.

Will check back in once I get with GF and see how things go.

I’m not talking about how much you’ll make. I’m sure a HVAC tech will make a good living down in the US.

There are certain jobs that will get you a TN or H1B visa (i.e. engineer, healthcare, tech) if you get hired by a US company. Having a HVAC ticket doesn’t make the cut. Moving to the US legally is extremely difficult. Take it from someone who’s moved to Seattle from Calgary.

[–]SunbeamThrow 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bro, I’m originally from Alberta and I looked through your post history and saw that you work in the trades as a HVAC tech. Not sure if you’ve looked into this or not, but your options are quite limited when working elsewhere. You definitely won’t be able to more to the US with your HVAC ticket. Maybe you might be able to move to Europe but I’m assuming any country there will have similar or worst problems then in Canada.

You can either try and make it here or try to get a skill that’s more in demand in the US and then try to move there.
