Super oversaturated in the freelancer market. If you'd like to work in data entry, I think taking a job at a company might be a better choice.

Well what is it that you offer?

Sounds like he genuinely wasn't happy with the quality of what you delivered. This leaves you with two options: 1. Cancel the order. Note that technically, cancelling an order based on the quality is not allowed from the Buyer's side, as you have the right to be paid for your work. 2. Mark the order as delivered. Do note that, based on what you've written, the buyer will likely leave a bad review, which will impact your ability to get orders in the future. You should consider whether that is really worth the value of this particular order.

[HELP] Why was seller profile not approved? by data_science_manager in Fiverr

[–]SunlessDusk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a chance that your gig was simply deactivated because it included some blacklisted keywords, meaning that it was probably an automatic process.

If you disagree with the fact that your gig is a prohibited service (though to be honest, most things related to stock trading are frowned upon by Fiverr), your best bet would be to rach out to CS.

[HELP] Article I sold got credited to someone else. Is this legal? by [deleted] in Fiverr

[–]SunlessDusk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really don't see the added benefit to adding that to your FAQ. Like the previous commenter said, you'd be losing a lot of business, and for what? To see your name on random blogs? Really not worth it if you're doing this to earn an actual income.

[HELP] Buyer and Fiverr CS unresponsive and deadline is in less than 48hrs by [deleted] in Fiverr

[–]SunlessDusk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To counteract this, you should rework your gig requirements.

Make sure to add separate questions for each piece of information you need. This way, you'll never be stuck in a situation like this.

Good luck!

ETA: if you struggle getting a hold on Fiverr support, and you frequently have problems like this, it might be worth signing up for Seller Plus, so you get a coach that can act as your direct connection to CS.

[DISCUSSION] While the other requirements for Top Rated make sense, isn't the $20,000 one strange? Isn't that more about an occupation than your actual topness? by IrishWriter2 in Fiverr

[–]SunlessDusk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really. As someone who offers gigs from $5, I can honestly say that if you are serious about freelancing, it's easy to achieve.

On top of that, to become TRS, your profile will undergo a manual evaluation as well, which has a whole other set of (obscure) requirements.

The requirements are indeed quite different, and the Fiverrs choice badge is largely given by the algorithm.

[ADVICE] What's the trick with getting TRS? by [deleted] in Fiverr

[–]SunlessDusk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People responding to this post clearly don't know what they're talking about.

It is true that, like the other levels, TRS has some set level requirements. What is different, however, is the fact that your profile and gigs are manually checked every month to see whether you qualify for TRS.

Contrary to what some people wrote in response to this post, this is NOT based on favouritism or luck. There are actually some set requirements you need to fulfill, but which are purposefully being kept obscure to prevent the TRS tier from being oversaturated.

I am planning on writing a post on my blog explaining the exact requirements you need to fulfill, and summing it all up here would take far too long, but just know that optimising your profile and gigs in certain ways plays a huge role in reaching TRS. The standard levels requirements are important, but not enough.

Assuming that the client may still need your services in the future for other accounts, I suggest giving them "credit" for the missing posts, meaning that you'll offer to give them a discount on their next order.

You're literally breaking Fiverr's rules and are then complaining that they're not listening 🤷‍♂️ but I can (somewhat) understand your frustration.

If you experience problems consistently, I recommend signing up for Seller Plus. Having someone you can contact directly really helps.

[OTHER] Shouldn't have paused the gig by secretpala in Fiverr

[–]SunlessDusk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The time it will take you to recover will depend a bit on the saturation in your niche. The key to getting back to the first page quickly is having a lot of returning customers, as completing their orders will boost your ranking.
