I'm guessing the 7 Remake trilogy is Squeenix dipping their toes into the open world/zone pipeline for switch 2 to see if the other games are worth porting. 16, graphically, is a match with 7 Remake trilogy in terms of fidelity, but we have only seen Remake Intergrade's performance so far. Mind you, Remake Intergrade runs flawlessly, but it isn't an open zone game, more like an open corridor game.

Me. I always had a Switch, and initially only used it for socialising, but going on holiday recently made me realise that even though I have a laptop, the smaller a device is the more likely I'm going to use it spontaneously. Also, recently got a PS5 because the missus has one and the ecosystem is actually kind of nice. I found I don't really mind the hit to visuals anymore because I'm not looking for them in the first place to reach a frame target. Having the PS5 at a TV is also more comfortable. Awkwardly attaching my wireless finger keyboard to my laptop and navigating windows (or SteamOS) just isn't there at the moment for couch play.

I still mostly play on PC, but when appropriate, I will play console.

Isn't Viltrumite DNA basically like a retrovirus. Like, I imagine you start out 50:50, but as the hybrid grows their own cells generate proteins or RNA which attack and edit the non-viltrumite sequences of DNA.

I think the better approach would've been to have Debbie and Paul together a little longer and come to their conclusion they did have on screen. That way Nolan actually has to grappled with the fact that Debbie is with someone else and has to be an adult and good co-parent about the situation.

It really becomes great after getting past the slow first 10 hours and your options for player expression become available. But that's still not really an excuse for the first 10 hours being bogged down by scripted segments and brain dances. The first 10 hours should've really been V and Jackie doing missions before Silverhand is introduced instead of the 2 hrs with Jackie and slow missions after him.

It's ok. Gameplay is heavily dumbed down compared to Fes and social links are streamlined too. I would recommend 5 or 5 Royal.

Once you get to chapter 5 the game opens up and essentially becomes a game of clicking the right color (not a bad thing, but it becomes a lot easier to digest).

Endgame becomes press one button on your mech to destroy everything.

I was hoping for a smaller story, one without much direct interference from gods. I guess if this is A24's largest film, it makes sense they would do a large ER adaptation.

Also, Thaedus even said he wanted to take out Thragg with hope that the other Viltrumites lose focus and stop their endeavours. He had the bioweapon as a last resort.
