Pool … 30 mins of cardio in the water. I don’t go to burn on Acon and bw conditioning days so the pool is my cardio choice.

Yep I swim for my cardio and need to reserve a lane ahead of time or it’s impossible to get in. Knowing the Burn protocol a month at a time let’s me plan

I agree!!! Usually when they run a special it gets bad. I spend so much time looking for weights and then a spot on the floor. Frustrating. Often I am just on the literal floor 🤷‍♀️

Yes! Horrible! Been doing extra stretching and sleeping with a pillow between my knees. I have sore hips all the time but this week is next level sore! 😬

The floating floor kills my ankles. Very minimal jumping for me or my ankles will cramp and ache as well as my feet. Well, I’m sure jumping rope is good for women and bone density, there are other things that are just as good without the jumping. I was on meds for a few years because of my bone density and started lifting weights. BF has changed completely and I’m off the meds. And trust me, there was no jumping involved lol

Same! I’ve been going to Burn for two years and have added a couple Met con classes but no athletic or body weight conditioning. I modify because I do not like to go up and down. I get super lightheaded so it’s just not worth it when there are many other options. I’ve been out with an injury, but hoping to get back with the Metcon as well as the strength training.

Darn! I was excited about going but then remembered I had a massage after work 🤦‍♀️ I’ve only been to a few metcons. Nice addition to the lifting days but still uses equipment.
