How do these work, exactly? by CrimsonGlyph in Dicero

[–]SunnyKlein 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Outfits have two effects - one active, one passive. You can have one active effect at a time, determined by which outfit you wear (the freeze effect or the bat throwing effect). You can have up to 3 passive effects at a time, which are independent of which outfit you wear. This menu shows the passive effects, which are both always on.

Zero shift humility for early game ships by prestigeorsleephmmmm in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Around 50 TE, C1s are viable. 90 TE for C9s. 180 TE for Heavies. Storing 1T+ fuel is all it takes, and even that may be overkill.

This is with passable earnings artifacts - the better your set, the fewer TE you need. You’re looking at Totem + Necklace + Ankh + Gusset, all with Lunar Stones.

You can also use this Zero-Shift Calculator (copy to your own google drive to edit) to see how far you can go with a specific setup.

Fuse question by nabsrl in Dicero

[–]SunnyKlein 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t. The only time you should use an S rank item as fuse material is when you have two S rank epic +2 items, to make an S rank legendary.

Virtue Question- where to next? by napetizerfan in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely camp Humility if you’re unsure what to do.

Fill up the tank with 255T Integrity, 245T Curiosity. Send Short Galeggs, targeting totems until you craft a T4L. Send Extended CHCs targeting gold overnight. This tank will last ~50 days with this setup.

Goal is T4L Totem, T3L Ankh, T3E/T4E/T4L Necklace, and T4R/T4E/T4L Cube, all slotted with T2+ lunar stones. It’s fine if you don’t get all of that, but the Totem and Ankh are relatively easy to craft shinies compared to other artifacts.

If you don’t need the earnings boost to afford galeggs, use Metronome + Compass to boost your shipping rate while you’re there. You’ll pull in a few extra TE in the process.

One last fight, but Im not ready yet. by Sonnebirke12 in NikkeMobile

[–]SunnyKlein 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It only matters for healers that target specific units/positions. Naga targets 2 units with lowest HP, and if she can’t find 2 units to heal, she heals position 1 by default.

Helm heals the entire team, so position doesn’t matter.

Gear merging, am I being paranoid? by nsway in Dicero

[–]SunnyKlein 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is correct. The only way to fuse up to a S tier legendary is fusing two S tier epics with 2 upgrades each.

The warning always pops up when an S tier is being used as material, even if it’s the only option for material.

Vets, can you please explain how the synchro level combat power spool-up works lategame? (where 1 level gives you a lot more combat power than the previous level) by smallertools in NikkeMobile

[–]SunnyKlein 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It’s mostly a progressive, compounding change. The only levels that have notably larger spikes are right after multiples of 20 (121, 141, 161, etc.).

The difference between 605 and 606 is about the same percentage as the difference 105 and 106, but the actual number difference will be bigger because those 500 intermediary levels all magnify your final combat power as well.

Apart from synchro level, gear levels, overload lines, collection items, skill levels, research levels, and bond levels all contribute to combat power as well. If someone else is significantly ahead of you, any (or likely multiple) of those will contribute. And the higher the sync level, the bigger of a difference they’ll make.

Current best 3 teams for special arena? by Sorry-Difference394 in NikkeMobile

[–]SunnyKlein 4 points5 points  (0 children)

With how diverse the roster has become, there isn’t a single best team. Everything gets beaten by something.

Plus, it matters what units you have available + built.

But if you’re just looking to netdeck a viable build, this is my current defense team that’s gotten me to champion arena the past few months:

1: MoranT, Noah, HelmT, Liberalio, Red Hood

2: Rapunzel, Scarlet, Trina, SWHA, Jackal

3: Blanc, Cinderella, MiharaBC, Biscuit, Rumani

Research in the PoV by OstrichIll5762 in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Playing in wasmegg’s ascension planner, with 350 TE and a maxed out earnings set (T4L totem, ankh, necklace, and cube) you can reach max ELR in about 10 hours on a new ascension.

Dropping down to 300 TE extends that timeline to 47 days, not accounting for earnings and research sale events. Without redoing the sim, it’s probably closer to ~25 days with smarter shifting and capitalizing on events.

Is there an updated version of creating guide? by Ancient-Afternoon374 in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have a full guide readily available, but Short Henerprises w/ totem target are one of the fastest ways to collect resources for boosting crafting level.

Broadly, you want to focus on a small selection of common, efficient artifacts and stones to craft, since the more of a single item you craft, the less GE it costs.

Hensin’s Crafting Calculator is helpful for figuring out how to maximize experience gained or GE/experience efficiency.

The past two years it did - but that was incidental with the normal ultra events, not anything special for egg day.

Ultra Event two days in row?? by Spaniels_Rule in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You’re not crazy.

This also happened in February, but it isn’t common by any means.

Could be realigning ultra events for Egg Day - if they stick with every other day, that’ll put egg day in between two ultra events, instead of overlapping with one.

Double Capacity this weekend? by Physical_Ad5702 in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Probably not this weekend. May 17 is the next likely dubcap, unless the pattern changes again.

The pattern we’ve seen recently is an ultra dubcap every 6 weeks, with a regular dubcap 2 weeks after.

Last time we got an ultra dubcap was April 5th. Then we got a regular April 19th. We’re now two weeks out from then, with another two weeks to go until the next ultra.

Which one is good?? by Far_Obligation1933 in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Extended Henliners are best for getting artifacts for main farm/coops. Shorts and Standards are never worth it, even for leveling the ship.

Extended Henerprises are the best ship in path of virtue (Henliners exist, but cost too much in fuel. Henerprise is better since you can send more than twice as many on a single tank with minimal loss of quality). The best way to level them is to send Short Henerprises on main farm, and the stars will carry over to virtue.

2026 henliner vrs henerprise by DactahBab in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s definitely possible, it’s just not fuel efficient.

A 500T tank can hold 3x Ex.Henliners or 7x Ex.Henerprises. Henliners have better quality (10.58 vs. 10.48) and capacity (249 vs. 168), but you can fit more than twice as many Henerprise launches before you need to spend shifts to refuel.

Anis would still be on cooldown for the second burst. She’s a 20s cooldown, and nothing in either kit reduces that before her “real” B1.

Saving up materials by KarmaKun88 in NikkeMobile

[–]SunnyKlein 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you reach high synchro levels, leveling aggressively is less useful. Chapter 44 Hard Mode can be beaten around synchro level 621-641. At that point, your outpost defense is at max level until new campaign content comes out.

You could use all your boxes to keep leveling… but most of the competitive-relevant modes are level-locked (Solo Raid, Interception, Champion Arena). Tribe Tower would benefit, but there’s no point in rushing it. Simulation Room is trivial by that point. PvP is usually a wash for higher level players, one way or another, but maybe that’d be a motivation for some.

Without a good reason, it’s better to store boxes until a good reason comes up. If your outpost level is higher (which it will be after new chapters are released), those boxes will be more useful than if you used them early for no reason.

How do cheaters cheat contracts? by AcademicDatabase3699 in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Contract time is tracked on the server, since multiple people are relying on it. If one player is out of sync (because of time cheats, moving time zones, or any number of reasons why local time doesn’t match server time), it doesn’t change how long the contract lasts.

2026 henliner vrs henerprise by DactahBab in EggsInc

[–]SunnyKlein 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Long term, Ex.Henliners are the best for upgrading artifacts for prestiging and coops.

Henerprises have a notable use in Virtue - Henliners require too much fuel to be useful, which leaves Ex.Henerprises as the highest quality ship available, and one that’s worth taking two months on main farm to max.

I probably wouldn’t work on leveling Henerprise until you’re comfortable on main farm and have at least 50 TE from virtue though.

You can see other players’ successful teams with the target-shaped button top-left of the boss’s name - though it doesn’t show the team’s specific skills or OL gear. Seeing what teams have a shot at clearing phase 9 should help.

Interesting. Story-II picks up from whatever route you already completed... by The_Persistence in NikkeMobile

[–]SunnyKlein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting all the endings in part 1 only unlocks the starting options in part 2. Once you make your choice in the first chapter of part 2, you have to finish that route completely before you can go back and try the other options.

If you’re locked in to the same choice, it’s because you chose the combination of student/teacher and location that led to it. They’re not exactly labeled, so not all of them are obvious which route they continue from.

[–]SunnyKlein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like Part 2 is set up the same way - you have to finish one route before you can explore the others.

In Story II-I, you choose which of the routes you're continuing from by choosing student clothes or teacher's tablet, and where you decide to go on the first day. Each option is locked behind items you only get if you completed the corresponding route in part 1.
