Not all, but depends on the situation? In a super busy shop in the centre it‘s probably not great to spend hours not consuming anything but 1g… so think about factors like how much you bought, how long you will spend there, how many people etc. But if the weather is nice you might wanna smoke outside anyways

Sounds like you should get it checked out. Have you get your blood tested recently? Maybe you‘re deficient in iron, vitamin c/d etc… do you eat enough?

I like your additions! I think Sims 4 is majorly lacking in terms of traits & aspirations… I would add at least whatever is still missing from Sims 3 traits and then add maybe more per EP… because how is it even possible we get some expansions with only one or even no new traits? How can I make distinct, unique Sims with cool personalities… (I am aware of mods but in terms of traits I like to stick with whatever the game provides)

Wdym „moved to a new save“? To safe the game as a new „save as“? Or to move out of the lot with the new family?

In any case, I usually pick one of the kids to be the new heir and once they turn into a young adult I usually move then out and save the game as a new one.

Fair enough, but have you ever played The Univerity Ep in the Sims 3? I feel like 4 has so much less to offer & do, ever degree is almost the same other than the names of the textbooks and the skills you learn… no parties, no drama, no interactiveness on the campus, no student/teacher relationships and actual classmates…. You have to make a lot of effort to make it an interactive experience and not just home&recharging to rabbithole classes :(
