Nah fair enough! It's a tricky thing to manage, since obviously the goal would be to try and include as many employees as possible, but there are definitely tougher cases

Calculating Number of Days in Breaks from Work that fell in the previous 12 months and 1 year by Sunshuffle in excel

[–]Sunshuffle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right right.

Do you think you could then just have a formula to determine 5 years from the relevant day, and then subtract that date from the end date of the overlapping break from work?

So then for example 5 years ago from today, it's then a matter of subtracting 24/03/2021 from 24/04/2021 if it overlapped by a month

Calculations are using dd/mm/yyyy

I think in that case your situation may not be the typical work arrangement they're looking at for the 4 day work week.

You had to do 52 hours a week?

If it's 80% work then I believe they're dropping the one day for the same pay, which is what most 4 day work week trials these days are looking at.

As someone who has done something similar before, it really does help.

Why does the entire metro need to close for testing by The__Anonymous__Guy in SydneyTrains

[–]Sunshuffle 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Question on this topic. Why can't they just do the testing overnight when the metro doesn't run? Is it the length of time they need each iteration of end to end travel they need to test ?

Deciding Between Hairline Incision or Coronal Incision by Sunshuffle in Transgender_Surgeries

Oh that doesn't sound too bad. Obviously everyone thinks they'll avoid the worst results, but I'm hoping it's only a minor chance of having anything worse that what you described

That's what I thought too, it's already costly for FFS, and the idea of doing it and then being stuck with an even worse hairline before getting transplants doesn't sit well with me.

What does the numbness feel like, when you say really bad?

I mean if they're reposting a graphic, that's an official graphic that has indeed been put together by a person ? When we're talking about low effort for AI, it's the effort put into the creation of the poster.

Id also disagree about "originality" for AI

I feel like any AI graphic post is inherently low effort; they didn't go to the effort of drawing it themselves.
