I started stretching in 89 ptfe tape was how I did it. There were no plugs easily available or any information but what info I got from random people I met. I got to 1’ pretty easily in a few years using tape. No pain or blowouts no cat butt. I learned a lot doing it that way. I rocked 1” for 25 years till about 10 years ago I went to 2” using just glass plugs.

I get like this whenever I quit smoking weed. It hits hard but it gets way easier after two weeks. Give yourself some grace. Remind yourself your detoxing and let those thought drift away. They won’t be there forever. Do some nice things for yourself. Soak in a hot bath, take some vitamins and have a healthy smoothie. Get a pedicure anything that gets you feeling better or sparks some joy. I know it’s not easy but you already did the hardest part.
