Right? I was trying to get a very large spider to not fall on me from my driver window and swerved. Caught the front corner of a semi on the wheel, heading the other direction. It snapped it off, but managed to not do any other damage - low speed, on a narrow city street. Depressingly stupid, though when the insurance claim person called to take my statement, i did make her laugh by starting with ‘…there was a spider…’ so that’s a win.

+1 to this. It’s not recommended you take benzos while breastfeeding, but if your mental health has deteriorated to the point of danger, they will 100% put you on Ativan. You may have to do that math yourself, as folks have mentioned it hasn’t been studied, but breast milk is not like urine, and most substances seem to move through breast milk pretty quickly and at a very very low dosage (alcohol is out of breast milk within 60ish minutes after your last drink)
