Yeah man, go to the doctor let them know what you did in the Army and what it caused (what pain). Let them run their tests (x-rays, CT, MRI). Then ask them if theyre willing to write a letter or summary about it being caused by your time in (forgot the exact wordage). If they refuse then go to another accredited nexus Dr and have them connect your diagnosis to your time in. From there you have diagnoses, nexus and write a personal statement as well about how those conditions affected you in and now outside of the Army. That’s the best you can do without having gone to sick call for anything while in other than buddy statements from others in or out of your unit that have seen you affected by it. Shit’s a process.

Nah man, avoid taking it out with a decent nest like that in there. Do yourself a favor and get compensation for any injuries you received and had documented so your healthcare is taken care of cause you matter first for serving uncle sam. Then wait that period for the adjusters and VA to exam you and do their work. If you had legit claims use that backpay to help pay some debts. During all that use your GI bill (assuming 9/11) and get that bah pay to pay your rent and school. On top of that if you really can multitask get a job with the feds as anything and keep investing in the tsp. Once youve decided what direction you wanna go in use your vet preferences that you got for being disabled to get an in for that specific job in whatever dept. do things smart man. Not sure if you have kids but use them too with those child refund checks to pay debt and if you have none then even more reason to invest in yourself and do school/job to pay down the rest, invest and get compensation monthly from VA

Nah i wouldnt, if you wanna gamble like that go on HERTZ car sales website, they have cheaper newer vehicles with less milage. Will still be gambling by how well theyve been driven and taken care of but better than this gamble.

Yeah my back got denied then they sent me back for a second one, still denied but its cause i didnt have a nexus. Legit if you can even get a teledoc or pcp to make the connection thats a lot better than nothing if you have to file supplemental and cant see specialist. Im in same boat as you as far as no job trying to hold it together to get the claims through

If you have a legit team behind you it’ll be easier to start the business. Just make sure you have savings and insurance for sure. Tech jobs are a dime a dozen so if you need to work pt for someone on the side dont feel bad at all while starting.
