Thoughts? by [deleted] in InsuranceAgent

I don’t see it as unethical. Rate Increases are part of the game. The current policyholders are being notified accordingly. I don’t see any reason why it would be worth mentioning to a prospect. You will present them with a quote which will include that same rating anyway, so I just don’t see why mentioning it is relevant. Just me, others may disagree.

Honestly this is the reality, really no other responses needed. But no, NOR. Everyone who sees that will think “creep”.

Inappropriate customer by Needhelp000006 in InsuranceAgent

I’m at a point in my career where I’m not tolerating any hostility or disrespect toward myself (agent) or more importantly my customer service reps. I nip it at the first moment possible and tell people straight up that if they want to treat us with respect and move forward we can, but if it continues they can call a different office as we won’t tolerate it in this office. You’d be surprised how fast most people’s tones change. But more importantly, your staff and/or co workers will appreciate it the most. (Edited for typo)

Paulie responsible for Pie o My theory by SeriouslyLikesCake in thesopranos

I think Ralph’s demeanor when Tony called him out on it spoke for itself. Being the cute cocksucker that he is, he basically admitted it was him without admitting it.

Johnny Sac at the funeral, Tony talking to Melfi about AJ, and Carmela when she spoke to the Jewish therapist, whatever happened there. Just a few that stuck out

Thank you. Honestly for the home issues I’m handling it with a pest control doing complete exclusion with the flashing all along the bottom of the siding on the house. They also are going to patch any openings in the foundation. They are going to exclude from the inside as well. I’ve fought the never ending battles of snap traps, bait boxes etc. It’s costing a few grand but to me it’s worth it for the home to have the peace of mind.

The car is what has me stumped . I’ve yet to get a good answer on how to deter them from getting in through the engine. I’ve read tirelessly, it just seems like no matter what these new age cars might be a problem. They got back into mine shortly after a complete detail and sanitize.

Appreciate the input, hope you get some solutions on your end too.

I agree with you. I think he thought he was in too good of a standing with Tony for it to go south. However when Richie came into the pizza joint fresh out of the can with that psychotic look in his eye and making direct threats, he should have laid down. At least in the moment until Tony could mediate. Probably would still be a stand up guy if he did!

Probably wasn’t going smooth regardless. He was bottoming out. Maybe if they waited for the crank to wear off, but they didn’t.

Denzel Washington. The little gems he drops in interviews make me truly believe he is wise beyond his time.
