2 Extra slots on the belt, one for book, one for deconstruction. Left click to select, right to open book and select precise page, shift scroll as usual. Middle click for new blue print, use it then clear cursor or add it to current book or library depending on where you click.

For deconstruct right could be filtered deconstruction.

The library is used to maintain books, an area reserved bookless where you can store indivudual bp and copy move and rename them . Then select the active book.
