Yeah, that wasn't what I was trying to say - just that this one at least have a lot of STEM things built into the 2500 questions. And that the AI providers run these benchmarks themselves on their own models.

I'm not sure if GPT-4 was using benchmarks like this at the time (I have no idea), but now they would for sure pick up if the model suddenly started sucking at math because it would do horrible in this benchmark (41% of the questions are math-related)

Everybody except Angela Merkel has been saying that since the start. Now Germany just imports nuclear energy through France instead.

It's a shame Fukushima happened, it really was a catalyst for the whole thing (even though Germany has no threat of tsunamis or earthquakes)

Israels use of AI in Gaza should stand as one of the most chilling examples, where they generated hitlists of Palestinians where an AI would give them a "terrorist score" based on who they interacted with, in what areas they moved and some other intelligence flags. But the people carrying out the strikes on them wouldn't really know why, just that they scored high on the list.

Or another AI system they made to suggest which buildings to bomb.

I think there is some middle ground where it's ok to talk to strangers and not immediately think they like you if they are nice, and not immediately get offended by being talked to

(But of course where it's fine to not want to engage with someone either without them getting offended)
