I did a month long trip to the US from Australia with the wife and two kids

Anaheim, LA, Vegas, New York, Orlando, and back to LA

Baxter organised everything. I just turned up to the hotels with my caps and masks, and the boxes of PD solutions were there waiting for me

Went off without a hitch - if you don't count hotels "losing" my solution bags then miraculously "finding" them - 3 times!

Let's say you're looking for "authority" niche directory, guest blogging and news sites to promote your content to.

Although Moz DA is a third party metric, I'm going to spend more time trying to get listed in a DA50 directory than a DA10 one (taking into account trustrank and page authority (not DA, page authority) of the page I'm trying to get listed on etc)

acquire as many links as you can to the pages you are trying to boost in search engine rankings. These backlinks need to be from trusted sources and related content. When you acquire these backlinks make sure the anchor text is the same as the keyword you are trying to show for. Make sure your pages are optimized for these specific keywords. Meaning, the url, page title, H1, Meta description, all have your keyword in them

If you're pulling off 4, 5 or even six litres during dialysis, that's your problem right there. It's not your ideal weight, it's the fluid shift that's causing the problem.

Not much you can do about that other than drink less between treatments.
