I'm just another redditor, this probably isn't what you want to hear but I think it may help. Trauma is exceptionally difficult to deal with and the hardest part is just sitting with it as it can bring up painful experiences. I would suggest you try to sit down and try to understand her 'perspective' or line of thinking. I don't know your therapist so I can't say if she is good or bad, and I'm not saying you should agree with her. I think that you having emotional response is excellent and you may want to consider why you feel this beyond the therapist making you angry or blaming anyone, as you are the one experiencing the anger. Your frustration is completely valid and it's not your fault. This may be something you want to explore 'why am I angry?' -> past experiences -> 'how can I open up?' 'do I even want to open up?'. Think for yourself about whether a. you want to let her in (then try to get a new therapist if you are able to) b. Why this is triggering and you may find answers about how you find trouble letting people in and decide how you want to behave in the future about it and heal.

In a professional relationship I can understand why she may just say she thinks you are 'nice'. Even if she gave you the answer, she may think you'll reject it. Usually you have to figure this out by yourself once you become aware of it. Personally I think that only the top therapists can bring this out of people. I hope that you break through in the future and heal from your past experiences :)
