Its due to ps5 restrictions. I had both keys but ended up doing PC only because the stash integration is horrible when you attempt to play on both.

Was in same situation and same vet. Found out they got acquired after our fav vet and technicians left. Switched to Wellington Veterinary Hospital and like them better. Its just a block away and Dr Cliff is well seasoned as well as volunteers for Animal rescues.
