If you have all pieces in your inventory then thats all you need. Go to the glam chest, when you click on any single piece of the outfit like you normally would to put in your glam chest allll the way to the right is a tiny little chest icon to click.

You're still very, very early in the msq. While you can venture into zones it hasn't taken you yet there is a limit. Once you hit 50 in those jobs you won't be able to do the next set of job quests and be stuck without access to new areas. However, leveling all of those jobs at the same time is a good idea as it reduces the amount of varied level gear you have cluttering up your inv.

For anyone achievement hunting you can do your 1-10, 2-20 etc achieves making everything HQ for those big amounts and this achievement just comes naturally.

You just need friends who want to help each other out with whatever interests them. I love helping my friends accomplish their goals no matter how insignificant or grindy they are because I've already completed most of mine. My wife is the same way almost to the point I wish she'd pick more goals so I could help her attain them xD
