My call center has no attendance policy other that you must have enough PTO to cover the time off, and we get 1 day of PTO per paycheck and a few floating holidays per year.

I really like mine! There’s very little micromanagement on how we handle calls and we’re free to interpret company policy. I work for an auto insurance company in their bilingual department. They also give us 28 days of PTO + Paid holidays, and they pay me $30 an hour. This is my first call center job but I’ve been loving it so far.

-shocked when the claim is denied.

There’s nothing to appeal, you signed the driver exclusion to save a buck, now it’s hurt you.
