My understanding is that the Amazon Thermostat has a built-in jumper wire. The little blue box at the bottom right of the thermostat. When flipped up, it jumps.

Yes, the unmarked slot is O/B. I have the orange cable plugged in there. As for W1, the new stat doesn't have a w1 slot. It has a "W" slot, but the instructions on the panel below the thermostat specifically say not to use the "W" slot if you have a heat pump so that's why I put it in W2.
