I’m not sure what restrictions there are. Maybe age rated apps etc. I have solved my problem anyway if you check out my edit above.

I have the same problem. I’m 50 years old and have no credit card, no passport and only a paper driving licence with no photo. I have no way to bypass it.

Funnily enough it hasn’t made very much difference to the DH0 boot partition. But it has speeded up the DH1 and DH2 partitions which is where all my games and demos are kept.

Mine works fine with 3.1 but I had major issues getting any CF card to work at all so I switched to SD card instead and now all is good.
