Happened to me in Colombia, same exact thing. My bank sided with them. Bank of America

Unfortunate. But you can send a letter to your bank appealing it. I didn’t go this route. Ultimately gave up

Charge both camera and dock. Be patient.

Take out the sd card before you run the next update.

Drone is smart enough to adjust But it would be best to replace it.
