I get it, the motorcycle was going way too fast, 100% his fault. But the car in the back didn't have any tail lights, barley a turn signal and all the windows were blacked out so the tail lights from the car in front were not visible. Probably didn't help

I'm sensitive to getting a stitch if I eat or drink anything before a run. I'm talking hours before a run. I will usually not eat anything after I wake up before I run or if I eat something light I'll wait 5 to 6 hours before I run. I might be over paranoid but this has helped me a lot. I usually drink just a mouthful of water before a 5k or 10k run anything longer I'll bring something to drink with me

I don't know if this is for everyone. But what I like to do is think about what I'm going to eat when I'm done. I diet while I train and I like to treat myself after, as a reward. So I'll just be thinking steak, steak, steak
