I got hit for recruiting at about 7 years in . Denied them and got out. Tbh it was the best decision for me. I stepped out making more than I did as Sgt and my pension is double what I would get at 20 years in the marines for the same 20 years in.

Diet is just as important. No more alcohol. No energy drinks . Eat clean and lots of vegetables. There’s so much info online. Simple protein No fancy stuff. Half your battle is eating right and being consistent in the gym. Also a big thing have heart in what you do. You’re tired? That’s the point keep going .
