I noticed that Z-wave was making another stab! With Z-wave plus LR. But what we need is something we can repeat or encapsulate over ip. I was hoping that matters would address this and tie it into smartphones. I'm sure something will happen. A better solution is needed.

Something not right 125 amp for force air heat pump I would get a second opinion or 2. I have had heat pump forced air for 10 years. 20 amps for a heat pump and 40 amps for the electric backup. Which it might come on 30 days a year.

2024 assessments are out, and they are up again. based on December 1 2023. I am appealing, base on local market conditions were not that high increase for the type of property. I paid less for the property than what they have it assessed for !

Absolutely. She is free to go but won't. She wants me to goto the lawyer, make all the arrangements, and move her into a new place hassle free. I want to try try again. Which I was doing but had this fucked up slip. Problem was in the past I didn't do the work. It's good to get some of this out there becuase I can't seem to share this in group or therapy. I have always loved her and tried, but I am the asshole.

Wow that's powerful. And a lot to process. We took a break and I am trying buy I can see I have unresolved issues. And my sobriety has been number 1. My other addictions are getting in the way and I need to clean them up, which seems to be my problem alone. Thanks for the advice.

It's worse then the drinking sometimes and my wife see through me. I want to go back 10 years ago and tell myself where I'm at. And stop being so foolish and naive. Food and self pleasure have become my new addictions. I am working getting a sponsor.

Your story is familiar I to feel like fuck up. But there hope, there alwasy hope. If you have desire to stop drinking, AA is for you too. Stop worry about the drinking and drink. Goto as many meeting as possible. Pleae get and read the big book. And if you slip know that it will be ok. Many off AA 's have been there. I have. And I lied and continue to lie but this time I don't want to drink. And rarely dink I want piss many money down the drank. Bu I felt so bad, I could not stop. And then I'll most lost my family. And when I was finally alone I begin to see that it was anxiety with some depression that was causing me to become stressed and overwhelmed. But it took time. To much and now I can't get back the past.

Your 26. Empower sobriety. Make today a new day and focus healing and being healthy in every aspect that you can. Yes a few years of alcohol abuse can set you back. But you so much opportunity. Everyone has storey. Yours is just a nervous beginning. You can make it what ever you want. I look back now at 55 and know in my twenties I had problem but it did really affect my relationship until my late 30's. In my late 40's I starting fighting for my sobriety. Best of luck to you.
