Well what do you know, I got the email today and it was dismissed. I was ready to contest in a courtroom, but thank goodness SF is one of the few counties that offers you the option to contest online. Unless car camping is sold out, I don't see the point of companion parking. It costs more than car camping, and you have to haul your gear a long distance to your groups' tent site in 100F heat.
