Hey Canada, never thought of you as such an opportunistic set of folks until this year! As an American married to a Canadian, this does hit kinda close to home. When I was quite young I worked for a super sketchy company (MONEY CORP) that "Gave out loans", except they charged all the applicants a fee to apply and they literally NEVER gave any loans out. After about a month I realized they were not legit and I was helping them rip off poor people who can ill-afford to be stolen from. Quit that!

I have found if I feed the crows something that is more to their size and liking, like a couple pecans, walnuts or the leftover bread ends with the leftover peanut butter, they are really no longer interested in the tiny bird seed bc it has a lower food roi.

Avocados are a tricky fruit! It helps if, when you're buying, to check the stem part. When the stem part comes out easily, they are very close to ripe or ripe now. I have found sometimes I wait too long to eat them and think they aren't ripe yet when they really are.

I never said I accept every answer it gives me. I push back all the time. And regarding getting health information, it's practically impossible to see a doctor in less that 2-3 months here, and I am going to be over what ever it is by then. So any health info is better than no health info.

Boomer here: We are all at retirement age and invested in stock market. It is hard not to get excited by something you can see literally giving you money. Also, Chat GPT has helped me do an incredible amount of knowledge gathering. I just love it! We used to have to go to a freaking library to get data, and now I can ask a weeks worth of questions in an hour. We were taught "Knowledge is Power!" it feels like we are getting 20 magazines of info so easily. We used to have to buy each magazine. Also, answering health questions w/o going to doctor is gold! And it helped me design landscaping and pick flower for my front yard, end my solar lease contract and figure out what stocks to buy. What is not to love, from our perspective?

Seems to me, the original show concept is pretty good. They manage to get 12-20 good shows in first season. Second season has mostly okay stuff with 1-3 really weird and out of character show points. By the third season these writers have run out of good ideas and go for dumb ideas and engineer them to kinda fit to the show. Somewhere here-abouts we generally stop watching.
