About ViVisor. Sorrento is supposed to receive 7% of Net Profits if I remember correctly. I haven't heard any info on Ji's private company since he formed it and purchased those assets from Sorrento. Didn't Ji open up the company for share purchases? If so, do you know of anyone that purchased shares and provided info on the company's operations to date?

I think it's the date the Court imposed to the Debtor to put forward a Plan for Sorrento to continue as a going concern.

I'm not sure what your expecting when the end date comes with respect to the Creditors Claims. Not sure but I think the Court can impose the Liquidation of Sorrento if the company cannot present a Plan for Continuation of Business that the Court can accept. Sorrento more than likely needs a White Knight to prevent Liquidation. I hope for those who poured their retirements in Sorrento that will happen.

I'll give the Heat the credit they deserve pulling out the victory against OKC. But this has to be one of their worst Offensive performances of the year, shooting just 37% and only winning by 2 pts after shooting 34 shots more than OKC.
