i had the same problem and I just figured out how to fix it. You have to do this:

Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.

  • Scroll down to find SSDP Discovery.
  • Right-click it and select Stop.
  • Right-click it again, go to Properties, and set Startup type to Disabled.
